Lets Get Hirwaun back on its Feet

“I am sad at the decline of the village,” writes Kevin Addiscott. “It is the biggest village in Wales, and it has become a commuter village.In a short while there will be nothing here but the Co-op and Hirwaun Stores.
There are people catching buses out of the village to go for a pint, when there are pubs and clubs here.
Why go outside the village to play bingo when you can play here ? There might not be big prizes on offer but you have more chances to win, and more social.
There are dances here, discos, quizzes, pool, darts, totes… you can book a hall for free for parties, engagements, weddings etc in the Con Club
Why go outside ? The rugby club is also there to be used.
The village is dying and only the people here can save it. Lets get this village back on its feet and make it a place to be proud of.
